Official Rules for the Twocents Monthly "Launch Giveaway" Sweepstakes

These Official Rules ("Rules") govern the Twocents Monthly Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") sponsored by Twocents Corporation ("Sponsor"). By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM ET on the last day of the same calendar month ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes may end at the discretion of the Sponsor, with notice provided on the Twocents website or platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. You must have an active Twocents account and be logged in when submitting each suggestion to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants will earn one entry ("Entry") in the Sweepstakes for each suggestion or piece of feedback they submit to a business using the Twocents platform during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries earned are specific to the Sweepstakes Period and do not roll over to subsequent months.

Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making suggestions, participants may mail a handwritten 3" x 5" card with their full name, address, phone number, email address, and the words "Twocents Monthly Sweepstakes" to the following address: Twocents Sweepstakes Entry, 551 Valley Rd. #203, Montclair, NJ 07043. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) business days of the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit one AMOE per person per Sweepstakes Period.

4. Prizes

One (1) winner will receive a prize of a free dinner for four (4) at any restaurant in Montclair, NJ, valued up to $500 ("Prize").

• Prize must be redeemed within six (6) months of notification.
• Winner is responsible for any expenses exceeding the $500 prize value and all associated taxes.
• No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted, except at the Sponsor's discretion.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• A random drawing will be conducted within five (5) business days after the end of each Sweepstakes Period from all eligible entries received.
• The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
• The potential winner will be notified via email at the email address associated with their Twocents account or provided in their mail-in entry.
• The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within the specified time frame may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.

6. Publicity

Sponsor will ask to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law, but winner may decline such requests.

7. General Conditions

• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
• Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, typographical, printing, or human errors in connection with the Sweepstakes, including lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or liability arising from participation or acceptance of the Prize.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available on the Twocents website.

10. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Non-Affiliated

This is not sponsored by, endorsed by, or associated with Apple or Google companies.
