We collect information from both Patrons and Businesses when they interact with the Twocents platform. The types of information we collect depend on the nature of your interaction with our Services.

A. Information from Patrons

1. Account Information: When you create an account as a Patron, we collect your name (optional), email address, and/or phone number. You can choose to submit suggestions to businesses anonymously or opt to have your name displayed.
2. Feedback Submissions: When you submit feedback or suggestions to a business, we collect the content of your submission, which may include your comments, opinions, and any other information you choose to provide.
3. Usage Data: We collect information on how you use the Services, such as page views, button clicks, and the times and dates you access our platform.
4. Location Information: With your permission, we may collect information about your location to suggest nearby businesses where you can submit feedback.
5. Rewards & Points: We track the points you accumulate from submitting suggestions and your activity related to any points redemption program.

B. Information from Businesses

1. Account Information: Businesses must provide an email address or phone number to create an account.
2. Payment Information: For Businesses that opt into our premium subscription services, we collect and process payment information, such as credit card details, billing address, and other relevant information necessary for billing and payment processing.
3. Usage Data: We track how Business users interact with the Twocents dashboard and use our features to help us improve the platform and support account management.
4. Communications: We collect information from Business users when they contact customer support or engage in correspondence with us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to operate, improve, and personalize the Twocents platform for both Patrons and Businesses. The specific ways we use the information include:

• To Provide Services: Facilitate the submission of suggestions from Patrons to Businesses.
• To Operate Accounts: Set up and maintain Patron and Business accounts.
• To Administer Points & Rewards: Track Patron points and facilitate redemptions where applicable.
• To Improve Services: Understand user activity to improve and enhance the performance and features of our platform.
• To Provide Customer Support: Address customer service requests, support issues, and troubleshoot problems.
• To Send Communications: Send service-related notifications, announcements, and updates related to accounts or services.

• With Businesses (Patron Submissions Only): When Patrons submit feedback to a Business, the content of the suggestion may be shared with that Business. If the Patron opts to display their name, it will be shared with the Business; otherwise, the submission remains anonymous.
• With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors, service providers, and partners who help us operate our Services (e.g., payment processors, customer support providers, and analytics providers). These partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and can only use your information as necessary to provide services to us.

If you are located outside of the United States, please note that your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where we have operations or service providers. By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence.
